About the studio

An animation studio for institutions that take their subjects seriously.

Moofa Production House makes animated films for the high-stakes occasions institutions care about most: a prize being given, an exhibition opening, a donor evening. The studio was built around a simple idea: that animated film, treated with the same intellectual care as the scholarship behind it, can do work no other medium can.

The studio is led by Daniella Koffler, an animation director with a Master’s degree in Art History and European Studies. That background sets how every project begins: we read the paper, we sit with the source, and we build the film out of it, treating scholars as co-authors rather than clients to be illustrated for. It is what our customers return for.

Behind every film is a standing team. Editors, animators, illustrators, designers and motion designers bring each project to the screen, and our composer, Eitan Shefer, scores every film we make.
